Where To Find Us
Manayunk Apartments currently holds two locations in the Roxborough area—the Flats on Pechin and the Terrace Lofts. Both locations are situated right in the heart of the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, making them prime spots for anyone commuting into the city. We offer convenient and inexpensive parking options for anyone with a car but, if you prefer a greener option, you’re only a hop, a jump, and a skip away from the local Philadelphia public transport lines. From our locations, you have quick access to SEPTA—the local rail system—as well as three different bus lines.
The Sleekest of Kitchens
At both the Flats on Pechin and the Terrace Lofts you’ll find one- and two-bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans. Our facilities are completely modern, having only been built in the last few years, so you’re sure to find our units sleek and stylish. For those who enjoy staying home and cooking, our kitchens have been outfitted with beautiful stainless-steel appliances. The Lofts and Flats both come furnished with refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves, so all you have to do is get set up in the kitchen. Bring friends over and sit around our lustrous quartz countertops as you sip wine and joke about each other’s days.
If you are not much of a chef, don’t worry. The Roxborough area is known for its fine selection of restaurants. You can find Thai cuisine, sushi, Tex-Mex, Italian, Korean/Jamaican fusion, and a range of different craft brew and wine bars. If you’re hungry and in the area, there is something for you. Best of all, though, every spring, our local food vendors come together to host Roxborough’s very own StrEAT Food Festival. All Terrace Lofts come with an outdoor area where you can sit, relax, and take in the cool breeze on a summer’s evening. Feel free to put out a chair or two with some potted plants to build your special area of tranquility.
If you’re looking to rent at the Flats on Pechin, you could also get an outdoor area, but they are limited to only two-bedroom apartments. As far as we are concerned, it’s a fair trade-off. Sacrifice a balcony and get a bathroom oasis. Sacrifice a bathroom oasis and get a balcony. It just comes down to what you are seeking.
Shared Features
Other than bathrooms and balconies, you’ll find that the Flats and Lofts share some similar features. For instance, all bedrooms have walk-in closets to fit your entire wardrobe. And, when you need to do laundry, you can do so from the comfort of your own home. Unlike other apartments that rely on shared communal laundry facilities, all of our units have their washers. You will also find new LED lighting and modern thermostats from Nest.
